We, Gumbo Tech Private Limited ("Vedic Mantra") recognise that your privacy is very important and take it seriously. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out how we collect, use and disclose your data when you use Vedic Mantra’s mobile application ("App").

The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the "Platforms" and individually as a "Platform" as the context may require. References to "we", "our" or "us", or the "Company", shall mean the Platforms and/or Gumbo Tech Private Limited. Any references to "you", "your", or "user" shall mean any person or entity using our Platforms.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

By using the Platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You also consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Alongside the Log-in Data, we may collect optional information you choose to provide, any biographical details you add to your user profile to enhance your in-app experience.

Content You Share

Information about you or relating to you that is voluntarily shared on the Platforms, including text, photos, or other details.
Any posts or content you create and share through the Platform, including text, images, or audio clips, and any information (such as location data) associated with such content.
Information about you shared by other users, including comments, replies, or communications.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Content Visible to Others

Public content (such as posts, comments, or profile details) is accessible to other users, including search engines. Any information you voluntarily disclose for posting on the Platforms may be re-shared by others. You should consider carefully before posting any personal or sensitive information.

SECURITY PRACTICES

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect.

Access to your account is authenticated via Google Sign-In, and we do not store your Google password.
We recommend maintaining security of your Google account and not sharing login credentials.

YOUR RIGHTS

You are free to remove or delete content from your user profile at any time.
You may also correct, amend, or delete personal information from your account by logging into your profile.
You may request deletion of your entire account and related data by contacting us at support@gumbotech.in or using the in-app delete account option.

DATA DELETION REQUEST

You can request complete deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@gumbotech.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Once we verify your identity, your data will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law) within 30 days of your request. This process is irreversible and will remove all stored information, preferences, and in-app history.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Service Providers (for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring);
Legal Authorities (if required by applicable law);
Affiliates or Partners (only with your explicit consent).

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements consistent with this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Vedic Mantra is intended for users aged 9 years and above. We do not upload any violent content or does not allow the user to upload any content.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
